There is a 95% probability, no matter what you do, that a teacher's password
will expire sometime when he or she is not there.
And also that the same teacher will insist that he or she did not see any of
the messages stating that the password will expire in the next X days and would
the user like to change it now?

I have never implemented a password change policy since usually even a mention
of changing a teachers password is grounds for death, but I think I am going to
risk it.
What does everyone else do for their password policy?
I am not looking at drastically making everyone change passwords, but would
like to put something out. I am looking at starting at 180 days for the student
management system and 360 days for computer login.
