Your best bet is to use a syncing system. Firefox has a plugin now: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/sync/
Xmarks used to sync across all browsers, but they are shutting down in January. Otherwise, if you still have access to the old data, for Internet Explorer you just need to copy the Favorites folder from their home directory.
