We redirect the favorites folder to users home drives so that this wouldn't be 
an issue for us anymore.  Something to think about.

In firefox, open up the bookmark manager, from there you can choose
file, export bookmarks. Just reverse the process for importing. For
ie, choose file, import/export and select favorites.  Chrome should
automatically import bookmarks if you are using the sync option.
