Hi, Shelly - If SDS is hosting, and no other changes have occurred on the bookkeeper's machine, then it is probably due to a change on the SDS side - especially if that is the only application that seems to be "timing out" (could compare to logging into another web app that logs out after inactivity such as ISBE, and see if that is or is not affected to compare..) However, if they are adamant that no changes have been made, you could try the following program: http://www.softperfect.com/products/networx/
I have found it to be somewhat useful in troubleshooting wireless connectivity, but you can use it for Ethernet connections as well. Good Luck!
