We had some issues with timing out of SDS last week, but so far today seems OK.

Our bookkeeper says the program seems to be timing out on her more often then it should or use to. I’ve not seen the problems with anyone else BUT no one else is really in the program like her or uses it as she does. SDS doesn’t see an issue on their end and I really don’t see anything on mine. Is there any kind of utility or something I could look at on her computer to see if it is dropping its network connection or losing connectivity momentarily? Thanks!
