I think somebody who is a true VMWare expert probably has a real VSphere cluster. I'm in the same boat as Dylan. We have one ESXi box and a copy VMWare Server installed on another. These are running 5 VM's maybe, not a large roll out.
What questions do you have specifically if it sounds like you're at the beginning of your journey?
