hang in there, they'll make it right. We went round and round with a few issues, as well. In the end, they determined the machine was running out of ram (because they changed the system specs, but not the model numbers). In the end, they swapped our unit with the same model... but new hardware specs.

We’ve been having expired certificate errors lately on one of our
Cymphonix boxes. Cymphonix “fixed” it a couple days ago and it ended up
breaking other sites. Now their “engineers” are working on the problem
but we don’t know if or when it will be fixed. We have been having a lot
of issues with our Cymphonix experience that at this point has me really
regretting our decision to go with them.

Does anyone have issues getting their cooks to be able to place orders
at foxriverfoods.com? Mine are constantly telling me that they can't put
their order in. Right now they are set as just monitor in Cymphonix and
have the site whitelisted. I have put the site as a trusted site changed
the cookies and so on. Even if I log on I and they try to do the order
it doesn't always let it through.

From My point of view the site is very heavy with java and looks like
it was built a long time ago.

Just wondering.

Thanks,

Dan
