Funny you say this because I opened a case back on 9/28/2010 with Cymphonix
support due to the shopping cart/order menu wouldn't open correctly. As of
yesterday they are still working on the issue and have passed it to their
developers.
Contact me off list if you would like further details.

Subject: [tech-geeks] FoxRiverFoods.com

Does anyone have issues getting their cooks to be able to place orders at
foxriverfoods.com? Mine are constantly telling me that they can't put their
order in. Right now they are set as just monitor in Cymphonix and have the
site whitelisted. I have put the site as a trusted site changed the cookies
and so on. Even if I log on I and they try to do the order it doesn't always
let it through.

Just wondering.

Thanks,

Dan
