That's a good point, Jim.

I have an uncle who has some degeneration in his wrists.  He needs the 
functionality provided by Dragon, and loves it.  It is indeed a bargain for 
him.  He ponied up for the top level retail package and doesn't miss the money 
in his bank account.

If they truly "need"  speech to text then Dragon is not expensive.  It
is a bargain.

This is a great example of people who are confusing two 4-letter words -
need and want.............

If they "need" it, the price is very reasonable.  If they "want" it, it
is a bit expensive.
