My principals are planning to iPads to work with their Google Apps accounts. For instance, we have created an eval Google Form that feeds into a Google spreadsheet. They will either work through a browser or I bet there is also an ap for that.
My principals have fallen in love with google docs and so then, yes, everything can be spit back out in pdf format from there. --Michael T.
