I think it's a rock and a hard place. It would be nice to have tighter controls of subscriptions but who's gonna do the work, and it'd be a PITA.
But, on the other hand one of these days one of our members is going to get burned with a candid quote being forwarded to a school board member. On a much lesser degree of pain I have had vendors and people representing vendors approach me about products related to products I had mentioned on the list so, as was Abe said, we know they are lurking out there (No offense to the vendors who provide resources and participate as a member in the discussions. I really appreciate their input). But, someday one of us is going to speak candidly about a product and a a...@!! vendor is going to sue the person. Personally.
