We are using Fitness gram ver 6 I think as well only in my Elm School. I have 
two license for it and it uses an Access DB. I actually had to many issues with 
transfers from one class to the other and consolidated the two DBs into one. 
Since the instructors are in the same office they are able to use their own 
computers and a single DB so student entry only happens once. It was a little 
bumpy with the understanding of single student entry, but they seem to do ok 
with it now.
