Dear Piyush,
This is only an advise, bring your CPU to the nearest repair shop as if i'm not mistaken you have a lot of intruders (spywares, etc) which are already residing inside. There are lots of people who try their best to make a trial & error repair (including me) but it is better to bring it to the right place & person who really understand what's going on. As in today's trend, i think it's better to have at least an anti-virus, firewall, but most of all anti-spywares with you and a Reg. Mech. to do the shell problem you are having at the moment.
