That, the vulture book and a working knowledge of NT kernel programming ought 
to be enough for anybody with the patience  (this does not include me, at 
least until somebody wants to pay me to do it).  The MS ifs version will get 
you sample drivers, too, which are probably worth the $1000 (last I checked) 
price.
