AnonNet will handle securing a stable connection via sessions. This is
so channels can drop and come back up and still keep good QoS, specifically
so other apps won't have to worry about that ;)

Outside anonymity, its interesting to think how this could help getting
around poor networks where a peered connection to another network goes down,
and your local/isp's network is not intelligent enough to re-route traffic
via other networks.
