Freenet 0.7 build 712 is now available. Please upgrade. Build 712
includes support for ARKs. This is a mechanism whereby if your IP
address changes and you can't connect to all your peers as a result,
your node will insert a pointer to your new IP using the nodes which you
can connect to. This will then be picked up by your other peers and they
will be able to connect to your node.
