As being a developer myself I've got experience with several bug
tracking systems and I think that JIRA is currently the most user
friendly one. Although JIRA is mostly commercial it is possible to
apply for an open source license for free (
http://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/licensing.jsp#nonprofit ). I
personally like JIRA much because it has a clean user interface, is
almost intuitive to use and can be used to also provide the
availability of user feedback within a separate subproject that is
open for any registered user.

Besides that your start with UserVoice is a good thing. Let's see how
it goes.
