I recently deployed Druva inSync which has the capability to do both
full image backups, as well as file backups. One of the main selling
points is it can work either over local LAN or the Internet, so it's
good for people who travel a lot. I am running the server on Linux
with the clients as Windows. They recently released version 4.0 which
I have not yet upgraded to.

I did a lot of testing on it and the full image backup works well.
There is a separate Linux boot disk you can use to restore the image
from either a local USB drive or over the network. I ran a full PC
through this process and didn't see any issues with the restored
image.

However, we are not using the full image backup right now as it was
taking too long to create the full backup. Our server is an old
desktop PC, which could explain that problem. Also, the PC we were
trying to backup had a lot of media files, which should have been
excluded but I'm not clear if they actually were. I just ran out of
time to look into it.

It's really worth a closer look, as generally I've been very happy
with the software.
