My thing is that I'm not smart enough to /really/ understand crypto. I mean, I've got a pretty good handle on the basics, but my general rule is to use the stuff that is known safe. my ssh2 keys are generated with -trsa In short, I'll start using Elliptical Curve Cryptography when Mr. Schneier tells me to do so, and as of yet, he seems to think RSA is still the way to go.[1] [1]http://www.schneier.com/crypto-gram-9911.html#EllipticCurvePublic-KeyCryptography _______________________________________________ Tech mailing list [email protected] https://lists.lopsa.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/tech This list provided by the League of Professional System Administrators http://lopsa.org/
