I am searching for an app that will monitor an email account and pop up a message or alert on my PC when new mail arrives. I have a number of servers that have mail going to root. I don't want them forwarded to my normal email as that gets enough traffic so I am going to configure them to forward the email to one account so this thing will monitor that account. . I went to Sourceforge but couldn't find anything that looked good. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated. My PC is running XP.
