Tracy, The main issue is the macros. Also even though there may be the same macro on groff that eroff uses it reacts differently or requires different parameters. Also eroff came bundled with soft fonts that I don't think are available. The font issue is fine we can just deal with that and substitute fonts that give us a good product. We are searching the groff mail list and will post something there as we go on with this project.

It would be useful if you could tell us specifically what sort of problems you are having. What is it that you want groff to do that it isn't doing? What is the macro you are having trouble with? I don't know a thing about groff but someone here might. I would also recommend running your problem (be sure to provide the broken macro and explain what you want it to do) by the good folks on the GNU groff mailing list, details of which can be found here: http://www.gnu.org/s/groff/#lists -- Tracy Reed _______________________________________________ Tech mailing list [email protected] https://lists.lopsa.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/tech This list provided by the League of Professional System Administrators http://lopsa.org/
