I've had nothing but great experiences with LifeSize in the past, I'm a bit
surprised to hear you're having problems. Sounds like you may have gotten
some lemons as units as we never had much in the way of problems.

The only problem we ever had was that a light sensor on one of the cameras
went bad and the unit was out of warranty. Their support still worked with
us to diagnose the issue and then laid out what my options were in terms of
renewing the warranty, buying a new camera, and repairing the camera out of
warranty. We ended up renewing the warranty as the cost of the warranty was
cheaper than replacing the camera and the repair cost nearly as much as the
warranty did.

If money isn't much of a concern, I worked with a Tandberg VC environment at
another previous job and the equipment was truly state of the art. Their
sales team was a pleasure to work with (if that is possible) and their
engineers knew their products inside and out. However, the caveat there, is
that the equipment cost above and beyond all of the other solutions we
looked into. However, this was for some very large A/V environments (much
like yours is) so we wanted something we knew we could rely on, so the cost
was well worth it.

Anyways, just my 2 cents.
