We went with F5 firepass devices. Works nicely with alot more devices than the old Nortel Contivity devices we still have burning juice.
Of course one of the things I hate about this VPN (or any) is that my main desktop at home NFS mounts my home directory from a server... which doesn't work well. So I small VM dedicated to VPN access is my solution so far.
