The leak/moisture detection system that we were using in our data center wore
out its welcome and we had it removed. It had a lot of false alarms and it
didn't have an Ethernet/IP interface, so we had to rely on the building
automation to read it for us and send us alerts. Most of the alarms were
intermittent, so by the time we got to the panel it was no longer showing what
the building automation had alerted us to come and look for.

I'd like to know what you're using to watch for leaks/moisture under the floor
in your data centers and what you like/dislike about it.

In case you're wondering, here are some quick criteria for our next system:

1) It could be either a "rope" or "spot" type system. Either type could be
useful in different locations.
2) It must either send E-mail alerts or be SNMP readable so that we can
generate our own alerts. The alerts need give a clue as to the location of the
problem.
3) Bonus points if Intermapper already has a probe for it (otherwise we can
cook up our own probe).
4) Bonus points if it's also readable by BacNet or ModBus, but that's not a
requirement.

Thanks in advance!
