Be careful. You are partially propagating a myth that has been studied and disproved nearly 10 years ago.

In terms of ergonomics: it really depends on the individual and the task. Dvorak might have an edge in writing text (authors), but it should lose that edge for programming task because of the more pronounced pushing of punctuation, common in programming, farther out. Plus, RSI injuries tend to be varied and prescriptive response is very individual.
