Gmail here, no such line (the mobile app won't show headers). I think the line was inserted by Office 365 itself when you received the message. Could you also check it via IMAP? If you see the same text, it was inserted by Exchange, if it isn't there, then it's outlook /outlook online being "helpful". Mvg, Guus Snijders
