I'm trying to find a way to put them on-line that won't require running
a version of mailman just to display the archives. For the public lists
that were archived under the old mailman "/pipermail", I plan on just
putting them on-line at the same URL where they exist now as just static
content.

For the private lists, I don't currently have a way of supporting the
mailman username/password authentication outside of mailman. I could
migrate them to google groups, but some of these lists have been dormant
for so long that I'm not sure there would even be interest.
