We do the same; have you verified that it works? I don't believe that it does. If you To: and Bcc: some users you will *not* see the Bcc: in the archive - thus it is not a compliant archive, the original message is not preserved. But still better than nothing. I've tried several tricks the get around this but haven't had any success. Meanwhile the the ever helpful souls on the postfix mailing list insist it is *obvious* how to fix that issue - without of course ever providing a link or offering a concrete suggestion.
