() My company just purchased several of these devices. They have the
() ability to scan documents to a CIFs share. The problem is that we do a
() scan and the system seems to lock up for 3 -4 minutes before you can
() scan in a second one and then it is another 4 - 5 minutes before the
() document shows up on the share. I have done a tcpdump and can see that
() nothing happens for large amounts of time, but have no idea why. Just
() wondering if someone else has run into problems like this.
We have one of those, let it send the scanned documents via
email, and it works surprisingly well and snappy. I like it as
printer because it runs native Adobe Postscript and can print
even files that crash the PS emulator on HP printers.
