I don't know.  At this point, the problem they have been encountering is 
fixed.  As a sysadmin, I think the best thing I can do is make sure they 
know that I will be available to help them research and test future 
improvements.  Historically, there has been an all too common lack of 
cooperation between the sysadmin side and the DBA side.  I've seen it a 
number of other places and have successfuly inproved the situation at some 
of them.
