well it is not standard build, i have build a patch release and then i
chroot into it to build package.
So the package is build locally (also -rOPENBSD_55)

then I install package into a fake dir using -Q .

reading the code, because the return undef is present in
dependency_info i guess this patch solve some usage of pkg_add.

But it is clearly not inside the <supported> road.

I have to check the -D for ignoring dependencies to.
