Here is an updated diff. I wasn't sure whether to go with "timeserver" or "time server" so I checked the install script (install.sub) and went with "NTP server". I was tempted to change the date reference, but thought this is likely already a date that has significance for someone out there. I really like the reference to Canadian Atlantic Standard Time...
