Actually, it seems we're parsing the ACPI interrupt resource
descriptor wrong.  The decompiled DSDTs I have here seem to use
IRQNoFlags() for the interrupts, which apparently implies the
interrupt is edge-triggered.

Let me see if I can cook a diff.
