Yes...actually yes for creating new users, I'm not sure about the
Exchange mailboxes. The addusers utility in the resource kit will allow
you to create and delete user accounts rapidly from the command line.
I've used it several times with Excel spreadsheets, Access will do the
same, just export as a .csv. You can also use it to put the users in
groups. It is also available in the Windows 2000 Resource Kit. Info at
