[Techgeeks] IIS4.0 Question...

Over the past 24 hours, the web and ftp services have unexpectedly stopped
(3 different incidents) on one of the NT4 servers in our office (IIS4.0 w/
SP6).  Nothing in the logs show anything peculiar and virus scans turn up
clean.  Has anyone experienced or heard of this behavior?
