Hello everybody OK, let's see if it does any good. I've been on to their website and contacted Yamaha with the relevant information. They might get back to us asking for proof of purchase; that' no problem. But I've already given them the serial number and company where I bought it. So, OK, let's see if I really was making a mountain out of a molehill, as Dane puts it. Possibly i was; but you have to appreciate the amount of stress I am currently under and the amount of money involved here to understand why things look much worse than they maybe are.
I won't waffle on about that, but I hope this gets fixed quickly.
