I'm not the only one who is having problems as you know yourself <smile>, under these circumstances "The Gift" as you call it seems like an outright attention seeking ploy to divert people's attention away from the real problems of their Screen Reader, Freedom Scientific have given away small gifts for want of a better description, when I last looked on their site you could download their Daisy Reader software.
