To me, it's just another running meter and you are quite
correct in that it sets a dangerous precedent. What's not to
dislike? You've got a recurring charge plus some suit-driven
worms crawling around in your Windows system doing God knows
what.

        It so happens that this is a Windows application and
yes, you could do something similar in unix such as Linux or a
Mac, but this is like giving the key to your house to total
strangers and then one day, you wonder where the silverware
went. You don't know who wrote this junk or what they re really
up to. Run like the wind!

        I'm sure business and marketing types really love people
like me.

        I don't hate them, but they should be watched closely so
we all get treated well.
