Actually I use the free ninite updater and  it's quite good. I built my own 
installer from the website and it updates everything from my flash players to 
my version of firefox to my version of framework and more. I even have one with 
the media players of I can't remember what. it is the best thing since sliced  
bread and I'd go with the package if I ran windows more lol!
