Hi Martin

That's just the point, there are no Com or LPT ports listed at all.  However, 
I've remembered how I did this last time.  I installed the Windows text-only 
printer drivers and then set the output port to the highest USB port available. 
 Then I had the embosser data sent to the printer rather than the port and it 
worked.  But that was ages ago.
