This would depend upon the type of programme you're working with. I'm not an expert but I believe there are accessibility options built-into the Microsoft Visual C++ compiler. Somebody like Travis might be able to tell you more. But if he's a developer who is serious about accessibility, he should be able to find what he needs on the Microsoft resources.
