Well perhaps not for everyone but the 50 Amp hour battery pack I just purchased would have to be the ultimate accessary for my Zoom H1 recorder in my opinion.
To give you an idea of just how much power this thing can store, a standard AA Alkaline cell is around 3 Amp Hour. The pack plugs into the USB socket on the H1 and acts as a power adapter, if you're near an AC power source and you wish to keep the pack charged then you can plug a mains adapter into the other end of the pack. I don't know where these devices may be available outside Australia so you may need to use the friend Google to turn up some results but I'm sure that if I can get these things then you can. One of the discout online retailers in Australia was selling them yesterday. ********** Dane Trethowan Skype: grtdane12 Phone US (213) 438-9741 Phone U.K. 01245 79 0598 Phone Australia (03) 9005 8589 Mobile: +61400494862 Fax +61397437954 ======================================= The Techno-Chat E-Mail forum is guaranteed malware, spyware, Trojan, virus and worm-free To modify your subscription options, please visit for forum's dedicated web pages located at http://mail.tft-bbs.co.uk/mailman/listinfo/techno-chat You can find an archive of all messages posted to the Techno-Chat group at either of the following websites: http://mail.tft-bbs.co.uk/pipermail/techno-chat/index.html Or: <http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]> you may also subscribe to this list via RSS.
