Now, if they would offer payment plans for their hardware   products for those 
of us who don’t have jobs or are not on services for the blind or what ever it 
is in your state/country that would be nice.  and let’s hope they update there 
product maintenance agreement to cover braille cells and not charge $250 each 
cell that’s broke. I already got hit by that once for my old bltm20 which is 
now dead and gone. lol!
