I know you can set up something in the wordpress settings, but since my site is 
run a bit differently I can't direct you any further. Have you checked your 
CPannel to see what you could do in terms of security and ip and all of  that 
good stuff?  I don't use CPannel  and have not for about 2 years now. but 
hopefully this will give you a push in the right direction.
