No a little more advanced than the Raspberry Pi I think, certainly more 
advanced and powerful than the first generation of Raspberry Pi I played with 
for the last 3 years.
The Banana Pi can run multiple Operating systems which include Android thus it 
shouldn’t be too much trouble getting the Pi talking.
