Thanks for this.

There are also some tutorials which can be bought online which guide you through the setting up of each Echo model and give examples of what the Echo does, these might be handy depending on your skill level, I will be purchasing them even though I'll probably breeze through the setup process when I get mine next week, tutorials and manuals always having something or other hidden in their pages that you didn't know about and that's why I do read manuals or at the very least take a glance at a manual from time-totime.

Hello everybody

I now have my big Echo set up and functioning in my lounge. I also now have an Echo Dot
functional on my bedside table upstairs. I change the "wake" word on one device
lest the sensitive microphones were to pick up incructions on two devides at once.

Regarding the audio quality. On the Echo, it's exceptional. On the Echo Dot,
for what I want it is wonderful. there is also a line outpot, which m'ns one
can ubbse the Dot privately. The audio qualment when used in this congiguration
is exceptional.

Regarding the versatility of the device, you can enable and disable certain
skills in the Alexa app, obtainable from ed Apple AppSTORE and the Google Play
Stoor for iOS and Android respectively.

Note, there is actually a way to sht up the Amzon website here in the UK, and I
guess that other localisations are available in other parts of the world.
I am going to avail myself of a Google Home as well, about I have to say that
the Echo is a wonderful device, very weblind worth having. Selling at just
_39.99, the Echo Dot is real value for money if you're looking at a smaller
device. However, it would have been nice had it been fitted with a rechargeable
battery. Go would have give you more versability.
