Wouldn't it be quite sluggish though with only 2GB of Ram?

Yes, there will undoubtedly be a market niche for it. I still think that the 
ElBraille offers more functionality and, interestingly, at a cheaper price. 
Even though you still then have to buy a Braille display, and you need a 
screen-reader. JAWS is not a mandatory add-on, however, NVDA will work just 
fine on the ElBraille. But if you buy the hardware, in the UK, the price of all 
of it is still less than the Sense Polaris. And you get more for your bucks!
