Hello everybody My countdown is now on! I’ve just received official confirmation by way of a very helpful telephone call from the dealer. My ElBraille arrived in their workshops this morning where the UK build of the OS was installed on it, along with one of my own licenses for JAWS Professional. It will be delivered to me before noon tomorrow. So I can finally start planning its deployment.
I am aware that Jonathon Mosen did a demonstration of the ElBraille on the Freedom Scientific podcast on 15 June 2017. However, without wishing to blow my own trumpet, I believe that I can do a more detailed demonstration. Jonathan had to work within time limits, I guess, which may be why he left out some detail. It is my intention to demonstrate in an audio production, the bits he left out. I’ll start right from the very beginning, and take this to its logical conclusion. I will post the link to the demo on this list and on our blog.
