Hello everybody In advance of the imminent arrival of my ElBraille, later this morning, I have just removed my Focus 14 Braille display from its carry-case. This is the first time I’ve seen it in this condition for several years, quite literally.
I’ve never been a fan of the Focus 14 Blue’s carry-case. It requires that you pull it towards you an fold it underneath the display like a kind of floppy felt stand, in order to use it. I never quite got my head around that somehow. Anyway, the point. I couldn’t believe it when I removed it from its case, just how tiny the device looks. To hold it in my hand, I can scarcely believe it’s the same device that I’ve been using since 2014. It’s only about 6 inches long by 3 wide by half an inch deep. Weird! Anyway, sorry for my very public musing. ================================================= My compliments and kindest regards Gordon Smith: <[email protected]> Accessibility & Information Technology Support Specialist..
