Sanyo\DS31590\Dead no relay click\could short Q681 (2SC1740) collector / emitter switch drive* then could start tv and every thing OK\\\Q681* R628 (1200 ohm)* D680 (ECG519)*C683 220mfd\\\\\\\\ Sanyo\DS31590\Dead. Hot Shorted\\\\Q402 (Ecg2331)*Q605 (Ecg290a)*D610 (Ecg519)*R603 (100k)\\\\\\\\ Sanyo\DS31590\Dead. Was Shutting Down Periodically Before Dead\\\\Hot B+ Was Under 100v At Power On* 80v In Stand-By. Stand-By 80v Was Ok* But Flyback Was Pulling Down Hot B+ At Turn On.\Fly Rang Good. L40a00711(645 018 9579)\\\\\\\ Sanyo \DS31590\DEAD-lightning\\\\Repaired primary side*Q601*Q604*Q605 all shorted-also had caps C609 blown apart and C626 bulged like a baloon\Replaced IC601even though it checked ok.\Found Q695 leaking.
